5-Ingredient Beetroot Hummus


  • 2 cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 4 small (250g) peeled and roasted beetroot
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • Salt and pepper to taste (optional)


  • Add chickpeas, beetroot, lemon juice, olive oil and tahini to a food processor and process until smooth
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Eat your hummus and enjoy!
